Alina works with various media, primarily ceramics and drawing, while also experimenting with textiles, sculpture, animation and 3D.
Her work focuses mainly on themes related to the bittersweet nostalgia of childhood and the psychological traces it leaves in the later stages of life.
These are expressed through exaggerated and distorted memories, magical states, and dreamlike spaces that incorporate symbolic references from past civilizations.
The narrative lines in Alina's visual installations oscillate between contemporary daily life and fantastical alternative dimensions.
